The stay was pleasant overall, with a clean and comfortable room just a short walk from local attractions like the Old Mill and various shops. It was a little annoying that there were parking issues and we had to wait to leave because of another vehicle blocking us. However, the price was great, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere during our stay.

Had a fantastic time exploring Dollywood with the family! The cabin was clean, and we brought our dog along who loved the space. Being close to all the attractions made our stay super convenient, and the overall vibe was cozy and welcoming.
My kids wished the noise from outside didn’t wake us up every morning.

The dining scene nearby is a total feast! We hit up The Old Mill Restaurant and couldn't get enough of their crispy fried chicken—it was a straight-up flavor bomb! Also, the King size bed was super comfortable, making our sleeps pure magic.
On the flip side, be ready to wake up early thanks to the garbage truck action before 4 am! Plus, the microwave was a bit of a diva with some buttons not working right.

The location can't be beat, right on the parkway and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The oversized tub in the King Studio made for some great relaxation after a long day. I appreciated the self-check-in process. getting the room details and door code via email felt safe and convenient. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spotless with plenty of fresh towels. However, we faced some issues. The microwave in our room was a bit small, and a few buttons didn't work properly. I had to keep resettling the fitted sheet every day since it didn't fit snugly on the mattress with the topper. The noise from the garbage trucks dumping bins early in the morning was super annoying, especially when waking up before 4 AM. Although we managed to go back to sleep, it would be nice to not have that rude awakening every day. The TV in our original room didn’t work on the first night, but the staff was quick to respond, and we were moved to a room where the TV worked well. Overall, I left feeling satisfied despite the small hiccups during our stay.
